February 9, 2024 a Friday eve out with grandbabies who were hungry for bubble tea. I'm not sure if the female that was working this evening had a bad day or what but dang please greet your cusotmers well upon entering and no judgements. I am hard at hearing, so she said something and she repeated it but I couldn't hear her with my hand over .my ear to listen but it did not register. She said can you sign with a attitude so I gave it forward with a tone, which one there are 3 , she said the long one, ughhhh. I ordered 4 bubble teas which took long too make, 2 tables with cusotmers enjoying their meal. Another cusotmer came in and sat and was served meanwhile I am still waiting for 4 bubble te...
Went with my son today on May 31st at 2:11pm to order a take out. Waited for 37 minutes for an order of spring roll appetizer and they didn't even wrap it in the rice wrappers so it was all scattered when I noticed at home)and one vegetable fried rice only had some cabbages and green peas and 1 Thai ice tea. The total cost $36! More than a buffet cost for 2 on a week day! And on top of it all, the two Vietnamese customers that ordered after me got their food before me! When I asked the young lady that took my order when will I get my food? She closed the curtain to the kitchen which I can see from the front counter) and didn't say anything! No apologies for taking so long! This is the worst...
We spent 70dollars on 2 soups and 1 shrimp fried rice.they chopped the shrimp up so it looked like there was alot.we ordered a side order of tendons in our soup for 2 that we ordered and they only gave us 5pieces each which cost 8 dollars that's 16dollars.what a rip off.never going there again. Total cost $68.26
