I wish I had discovered this place sooner! The food is incredibly flavorful and authentic. It's located in the bustling Mandarin Plaza, although parking can be a bit challenging during peak dining hours. A MUST TRY is the egg roll—the outer layer is wonderfully crispy, and the filling has a unique flavor that sets it apart from other places. I wish I could figure out the secret recipe inside! :p Aside from their renowned Pho #17, the Banh Canh Tôm Cua (Vietnamese-style Udon noodle soup) is a must-try. Now, about those egg rolls (referred to as "cha gio" on the menu) – they arrive piping hot, and you can wrap them in lettuce and dip them in fish sauce. An order includes five rolls, and you absolutely must try them! As for the pho, currently, only the large size is available. The broth is aromatic and holds up well for leftovers. I opted for the "bun bo hue," which came with a generous portion of meat. While the broth wasn’t particularly spicy, it was definitely savory and delicious. There are other dishes on the menu if pho isn't your preference, but with so many soup options, this is a perfect spot for a comforting meal, especially on a chilly or rainy day.

One of the best pho places in town! I was really craving hot soup to warm up from the cold weather, so I decided to check out Pho Pro, which is conveniently located near the Starbucks I visited in the same plaza. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef noodle soup) along with some egg rolls. The Bun Bo Hue was incredibly flavorful, packed with plenty of brisket and tendons, and it even had pork knuckle in it.
