Pho Ha is the perfect place for authentic Vietnamese foods. I've been here for years when the desire comes. It's a light ride for me and there are probably many other Pho sites closer to me, but I have to find another one in this area that compares. I usually get her Pho Tai Nam Gan (Bef noodle soup with slices of eye round steak, flank and tendon) and it never failed me. Soup is always delicious and rich in taste, they do not skip to protein content. Service here is typical when compared to other Pho sites I was. Food is pretty good and WAS my go to pho place but suffice to say I'm not coming back again after today. They're severely understaffed. Slow on a good day. Tried to place an online order they told us would take 15 minutes. They made us wait for the pickup order when we got there. Waited around for 10 minutes before it turns out they hadn't even started it yet As for the food, best part. There was at least one ant in my charbroiled beef roll given one crawled out and onto my hand. I called and they gave me a refund for this. Zero apologies though. They instead said there's no ants in the kitchen (even though one crawled out of the beef roll) and that they will never take an order from me agai...
The menu on Google Maps lists vegetable broth pho, but this chain restaurant's City of Industry location does not offer it. I believe a different pho restaurant down the street in Rowland does have vegetable broth pho, so I'll try that next time. The food here is decent, as expected, but my friend mentioned that the beef isn't as good as at BMC Pho. It's important to note that the 300+ reviews come from multiple locations rather than just this one, so keep that in mind.
What the Pho is going on here. Don?t get me wrong I finished my Pho with shrimp, but the first thing I do when I am presented with a bowl of Pho is grab a ? and taste the broth. I didn?t have a smile on my face after this tasting. The employees were niceand accommodating, however I will not be coming back. I have a few other places that serve delicious Pho. It?s all about thebroth baby.

The noodles had a nice texture, though the broth leaned a bit towards the sweet side. Overall, the pho is good. However, considering the atmosphere and the location being somewhat inconvenient, their competition should take notice.
The staff had a poor attitude, and the prices on the website didn't match those in the store. When I brought it up, they mentioned that they hadn't updated the website in a long time. Unbelievable.
The food is good, but they overlooked my order and only followed up on it after I brought it up, right when most of my party was finishing their meals.
The best pho I've ever had! The shrimp roll is incredibly delicious too; it even has beef inside, and the special sauce enhances the flavor even more!
