Pho Hien Saigon

I was encouraged to try Pho Hien through an article in the Herald Sun newspaper. It claimed to be the best pho and I thoroughly agree. The pho stock had so much depth of flavour. There are many pho combinations to choose from. I had a beef combination which included offal tasty bits. The accompanying herbs and bean sprouts are very fresh and it is a generous helping. The staff are efficient and helpful.

This restaurant specializes in Pho, though they do offer other Vietnamese dishes.The price is reasonable and the servings are generous.My family usually get an entree and two small and two baby size bowls of Pho, they are large enough for anyone, though if you are hungry the large size looks like a small bathtub!
