I ordered Pho 3, steak meatballs, and the V32 grilled pork fried rolls. Given all the great reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. They packed the food poorly—two items stuffed into a small plastic bag, which caused the soup to leak and make a mess everywhere. The noodles were stuck together, making it impossible to separate them. The soup tasted very artificial, and the meatballs were quite dry. The vegetables were not fresh, and the bean sprouts were brown. I won't be returning. I wish I could give zero stars and get a refund.
V35. The Tofu Vegetable dish lacks the typical fish sauce that usually enhances its flavors. Instead, it is served with a thick, sweet peanut-based dipping sauce for the tofu. As a result, the vermicelli and vegetables turn out dry and tasteless. Additionally, the restaurant does not accommodate special requests, such as ordering a side of fish sauce.
2. The Steak Brisket gets a 10 out of 10; the broth was incredibly delicious! The Summer Roll was also great, especially with the peanut sauce—it really added something special! The Fried Roll was equally tasty. Everything was excellent! I will definitely return to this restaurant and highly recommend it!
