I used to go to Pho Kim Long almost weekly, sometimes 2 3 times per week, since their phos and many other dishes were not only tasty but also best bang for my buck!During COVID lockdowns, I tried to stay away from crowded public places as much as possible, so it's been 3 years since I last visited. Well, a lot have changed. First, they have made drastic renovations, the restaurant's got a more upscale feel to it. Second, they also permit al fresco dining with several tables outside. However, despite all these changes, I felt the phos weren't as good as they used to be. I ordered the beef pho number 1 combo and it was excellent. The broth had a light and flavorful beef taste, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. Some of the meat was a bit questionable, but overall it was fresh and tender. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable, especially for the Bay area. The restaurant was busy but we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for a table. Parking is limited as it is shared between all the restaurants in the plaza. I will definitely be returning to try more dishes!

Consistency. Pho Kim Long stands the test of time as being a great Pho restaurant. I grew up in San Jose and frequented here dozens and dozens of times throughout my life. The Pho is outstanding and made fresh. One of the top pho restaurants in the San Jose/Milpitas area.

Decent amount of food for the price! The noodle soups are what one would expect at a Vietnamese pho spot. Service could be quicker, but the place also gets pretty packed.Don't ever get the coffee with condensed milk. You'll get all sorts of diabetes after drinking that. Réservez une table maintenant

Visited this restaurant 8 hears ago after an ex colleague introduced it. The Pho Bo was awesome and on par legit to those in Vietnam. Definitely will return in my future trip to the Bay area.

Best pho I've ever had. Great service and atmosphere, and most importantly, the food is amazing. Recommendation: Pho Tai Chin w/ fresh noodles

The aroma in the restaurant makes my mouth water. The food is awesome. It's totally worth queuing up to dine here. I shall be back for more!

Family was sick so I ordered take out. Surprised that we got thick noodles instead of the pho noodles.
