We were looking for a pho restaurant at 8 PM, and since most other places were about to close, we ended up here. I have to say, I was quite disappointed with this establishment. I ordered the combination pho for $13, and the broth tasted like just water and salt. There were very few ingredients, and the noodles were thick vermicelli instead of the traditional Vietnamese type. The meat was tough and difficult to chew, and I struggled to finish my bowl of pho. The prices here are much higher compared to other places. I would recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere.

Food was excellent! I ordered the Super Bowl (picture attached) and was thinking I would be over whelmed with noodles and broth, but was amazed at the balance of this bowl! All the ingredients that I wanted in the right ratio! Beef meat was fall off the bone!Did I meant late night eats! Place has great hours for the late night crowd and to be honest it was the main reason we ate there! Open late with ok service! Ambiance is a bit lacking I would almost list it as a dive, but some food network guy got rich going to Diners, Drive-ins, and Dive. 10 out of 10 recommend!

This isn't the best pho I've had. The broth was just average. I ordered thin noodles, but they weren't thin at all. To make matters worse, my soup didn't include the beef balls I requested, and there was a lot of fat instead of real meat. I recommend going to Pho Pasteur, which is just a mile away—it's the best pho place in the area. Also, I noticed that Pho Ngoon received a B rating from the health department and there were several squashed roaches right outside on the sidewalk. I don't think I need to say anything else.

The reason why This time I give this Pho restaurant 1 star because their food quality is going down so far. I was a big fan of this restaurant for more than 8 years. The pork chop rice plate should have two chops like before they did. But now as you see, not match their Manu pictures. I only got one chop plus a little piece of pork. This is really bad and sad. I do love Phos. And also their price is going higher and higher.I don’t like cheating. If there is 0 star option. I would give 0 star for this. Réservez une table maintenant

Pleasing ambiance with soothing music. Pho is already delicious without adding the sprouts/lemon/mint.They use rice paper and fry them for their eeg rolls which provided a lighter/thinner wrap and crispier experience. They are real slices of pork in their spring rolls. Although a bit dry because of the pork, its healthier and its dryness dissaptes because of their peanut sauce, moref lavorful than any other peanut sauce that I had, with a hint of spiciness. Support local business.

This place used to be my favorite pho restaurant but recently I went and the food is still delicious but they have a grade B and I discovered the reason is they have cockroaches! When my friend and I were eating the server came out with the dish cart and a bunch of roaches fell out and were crawling on the floor. It was so disgusting we got up right away and had to leave. ?

The service leaves much to be desired; they added a 15% service charge to the bill and then still asked me for a tip. I don't understand why the 15% is only for the owner, who didn't actually serve me. As for the food, it's decent, but it's hard to enjoy when you're sweating, especially during the summer. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

This restaurant offers Hanoi-style pho with wider noodles. The broth is subtly flavored, less salty than usual, yet full of rich, satisfying undertones that can only be achieved through days of pressure-cooking bone broth. The meat is tender and flavorful, and the vegetables are fresh and vibrant. I highly recommend it! Réservez une table maintenant

It's an advantage that they close late so we had a chance to try theirs. Pho was good, and their serving was generous. My mom put the hoi sin and chilli sauce and I loved it!
