Best Bún Thịt Nướng (Grilled Pork Rice Noodles I have ever had. It's my go to Vietnamese dish, particularly in warm weather and I've eaten it up and down the Northeast as well as in LA San Francisco.There was just something perfect about it here at Phở Nha Trang the pork was tender nicely chewy; the seasonings spot on with harmonious notes of pepper, sweetness and super groovy umami! Damn, was it nice!My son had the Phở Gà (chicken soup on this visit. The restaurant is average. I ordered the beef stew and non-soup noodles combo. The soup in the beef stew was a bit sweet for my liking and the noodles with meat combo was decent. The vegetables were cut thicker and rougher, possibly indicating the use of a food processor. Overall, it was okay but nothing exceptional. We were not offered water, but that's typical at Vietnamese restaurants. The waitress was attractive. I prefer the hole-in-the-wall places in Bridgeport as they remind me more of the food I had in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Pho broth was great. Flavorful. Egg rolls were fresh and crsipy. Vietnamese ice coffee on par with others. Quick service. Would recommend to those who enjoy vietnamese cuisine. Will update after trying fresh rolls and pork chop.Update: fresh rolls (goi cuon) were good. Peanut sauce was on par.Pork chop was ok. Was not blown away. Id return for the Pho.Parking is not so friendly. Curious to see how it would be on a busy day.
Best Pho I've ever had. If you think Mecha Noodle Bar is good, you have not tried this place. I had dinner yesterday with my husband and I am still thinking about the spring rolls I had as an appetizer.However, I will say that the service experience could be improved. But the amazing taste of food outweighs the not so perfect service. It was not bad enough for me to give it less than 5 stars. Réservez une table maintenant
The restaurant is quite small, making it a tight fit to sit at the table. The wait staff was difficult to communicate with and the food was served haphazardly. However, the highlight of the meal was the spring rolls with peanut sauce. Even the drinks were served slowly. I would not recommend this place to others. For Pho, I suggest going to Mecha Noodle instead.
Wife and I got hooked on Vietnamese food while in Toronto back in 1999, since then we have been pleased to be able to see the ever increasing availability of quality Vietnamese food. Pho Nah Trang did not disappoint in the generous portions, presentation, and delicious flavor!
the food was very good and was priced very fairly. the pho with chicken and shrimp was yummy as were the summer rolls. this is more of a order then sit on your own type of place. not really a full dine in experience. overall its a you get what you expect. would recommend
This restaurant is authentic and absolutely delicious. The Vermicelli plate is amazing, the spring and summer rolls are delicious, and I also love their pork and rice dishes. I haven't been disappointed yet and I don't think I ever will be! Réservez une table maintenant
