I?ve been coming here with my family for the last two years. I eat here at least once a month, either to dine in or take out. The owners are so friendly. The wife greets you immediately as you enter, and she?s always so cheerful and kind. Most of the time you will find her working the register, waiting on tables, or bussing...she does a fantastic job multitasking. My needs are always met- glass is refilled, extra napkins etc. the food is stellar. I have ordered a variety of foods from here, but I just love their Pho soups- P8 is my favorite. The pho broth is so tasty, I don?t need to add much to it, just the bean sprouts, jalapeño for a little heat and a hint of lime. If you love spring roll...
We had the veg pho, lemongrass tofu and spring roll. The veg pho veggies were delicious, just the broth was a bit salty (saltier than usual) so we didn’t have the broth much. The lemongrass tofu was made in an interesting way — dry with the crispy fried lemongrass shredded on top. It was ok, a bit dry for our taste as we prefer sauteed tofu. Finally the spring roll had just two ingredients and seemed very basic. The sauce had a fishy taste to it. This is an OK option overall for vegans and vegetarians.
The good: Nice service, meats are amazing, loved the meatballs. Spring rolls were lovely. Wasn't too busy The meh: prices, it's Roswell so to be expected. You're really just getting broth, meats, and noodles. Not a lot of accoutrements other than bean sprouts but that might be okay with you. The bad: if it's busier you'll be parking a ways away. Overall: would come back if I'm in the area and craving good pho.
DELICIOUS FOOD!!! Love the huge noodle bowls and vermicelli with shrimp pork. Today I ordered the beef vermicelli which comes with a spring roll YUM!!! Helen is the SWEETEST person! She is both the cashier waitress. I’m seriously amazed that she remembered me after a year of being away with some health issues and not being able to come. She even remembered my order somehow when u forgot!!!!
We have been wanting to try it since they open finally tonight my family of 5 got to go. My hubby and daughter had Pai Tai meat w/shrimp. My son had chicken skewers. My son in law and I had pho w/meat and tendons. Everything was delicious and the service is really good and fast, we had vietnamese food in other places Nd this is really good. We're definitely coming back.
We love pho. Here all the appetizers are taste good. Beef soup was very tasty and served with hot. We ordered soft noodles and it was really tasted good. Price is little high compared with other pho restaurants. But anyway taste was good. Drinks are available here. You can eat yummy deserts here.. Good friendly customer service.
