really disappointing experience. total disregard of current Kovid requests not to check that the patrons are in and vaccinated, workers do not wear masks in the kitchen, not social distancing the tables (the restaurant is quite large, but they put all parties on tables side by side with no 1.5m gap). I enjoyed the pho it was not the best I had, but the total disregard of the current government requirements made me unpleasant and insecure. it would have been nice to know that the girl who sat behind me was coughed up, vaccinated and checked into the restaurant everywhere without a mask. I will not come back.
The food was delicious, but there were several issues. The table wasn't cleaned properly, and the herbs, chili, and pear served were of poor quality. Additionally, they brought us water that had been left on another table after someone finished their meal.
The service was disappointing after the new team and redesign. I'm not sure why the young staff members are just standing around instead of serving customers. I ended up waiting without getting any food.
The pho here is delicious, and the restaurant is always bustling with activity. However, they could use more staff, as our order was forgotten. Still, the large portion of pho makes it hard to complain!

Everything was ok. Staff were a bit slack in attend to us and delivering menues and cutlery. Food came out reasonable quick. Must not have head me when I ordered one of my meals. Not stress.
the pho here is with the popular joints in footscray. they do not have to wait for a seat, the service is fast and the prices are very reasonable.
One of the best phos in town post pandemic. 4 star only because there was enough chicken in my Bo Ga large on my second visit in 3 weeks
Great food and good value. That's why I go there. If you want a hearty meal esp in winter. This is the way to go.
