Let's just start off by saying that it is nice to see more variety in cranbrook. I have been to Vietnam a few times now, with my wife being Vietnamese. Disregarding a lot of the reviews talking about this place's pho or there other dishes like they are food experts, the food is 100% as authentic as you can find in comparison to a lot of other Vietnamese restaurants throughout western Canada. I travel quite often and have yet to find a more cultural experience with food as close too or the same as the portions/flavor/presentation as to what you will experience anywhere in vietnam. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant, with delicious food. Some of the dishes were a bit salty, likely due to the high amount of fish sauce used in them. Prices vary on the menu, so it's helpful to have some knowledge of what to order. The taste of the food really stands out. It's convenient that they offer takeout options as well.

I absolutely love dining at this restaurant. I have not found a single dish that I didn't enjoy, but the Thai Tom Kai Gai soup with coconut cream is definitely a standout on the menu. I will definitely be returning for more delicious food.

Four of us had lunch here. The waitress was friendly and the food arrived piping hot and quickly. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. The food was flavoured well and the prices were reasonable. We would definitely eat here again. Réservez une table maintenant

We decided to try Pho Saigon despite some bad reviews. Great food - we had the Shrimp Pad Thai and spicy sliced beef soup. We'll definitely be back for more. Good prices.
