Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House

This Vietnamese noodle restaurant in Katy is the best, hands down. It's super popular for lunch and stays open till 9 pm. We've been going there regularly since we moved here in 2011. We eat there, get takeout, and even order party trays. The food is always good and the prices are reasonable. We know the owner and most of the staff. I highly recommend it.

Pho Saigon has never disappoint. I ordered chicken pho (phở gà when I want lean less fatty but still want full pho flavor. When I am hungry I ordered spicy beef noodles (bún bò Huế which loaded with different cuts of beef that will cure the craving.

He has an expressionless face and cleans the table too loudly. There is no education
