To start with, this place is so disgusting, when you to the restaurant, you go to the cashier and they provide you with a menu, they ask you to go and sit and they assign you a table, then they ask you to go back to the cashier and pay for whatever you are eating and they also ask you to pay, You go back to your table and they take your food to you, if you need anything, spoon fork or even vegetables, you have to get up and get them from an area next to the cashier, When you finish eating, they ask you to pick up your dishes. And put the away for them. Besides all of these, it's so pricey. Will never go back to this place.
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important for others to know about my experience. I recently ordered the lemongrass chicken from this restaurant, and they claimed it was made with chicken thigh. However, I have never tasted "chicken" like that before. It was gooey and gummy, with a strange texture and off-putting taste. I even had my mom try it, and she agreed that it did not taste like chicken at all. The service was good, but unfortunately, the food was simply terrible.
I love the pho here! They have a large menu, good food, friendly staff. Read the signs all will be well. They are still strict on Covid procedures. I don't see a problem with that. So far, I like the pho here better than the places I've tried in Madison. It's all in the broth for me! Yum Update: Today I had the Bun Bo Hue it was soooo good! Staff is pleasant they have excellent boba!
This is my favorite restaurant. They serve the best chicken Pho I've ever had. The vermicelli is fantastic and the spring rolls are delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. David provides excellent customer service. My only suggestion would be to remove the signs listing what they can or cannot do, as it can feel a bit off-putting. Réservez une table maintenant
First time eating in. By far best eat in Vietnamese restaurant in town. Was welcomed by the gentlemen behind counter. Language barrier is broken with the menu set up. The place is so clean and nice .The food didn't take long to arrive and it tasted fresh ,flavorful and it looked good too, picture worthy. I would eat here again.
NO RETURN, NO REFUND, NO REDO, 15-45 min wait bust your own dishes type or restaurant .. the pho taste like water downed fish oil microwaved pho. Also orded beef curry asked them to make it extra spicy the kitchen just sprinkled red pepper this so called restaurant lacks creativity and flavor.
Food was delicious tried chicken curry, shrimp curry and sweet honey chicken rice plate and all were great! Large servings too, we all brought home leftovers!! Also had boba tea and smoothies and they were very good too! So so so many yummy flavors to choose from!!
My first visit and I cannot say enough about how fabulous it is! The spring rolls....legit! Sticking to my plate exactly as they should. The Chicken Pho.....pho-nomenal! Lavender lychee Boba tea.... yes, please! Cannot wait to visit again and try more! Réservez une table maintenant
