I really wanted to love this place, but after being let down for a third time, we won't be back. The 3 stars is for their staff because they're sooo nice and their customer service is always above and beyond. Especially the young woman who takes the orders. The food, on the other hand is lacking. We didn't think the broth was not flavorful, especially for vietnamese cuisine. It was so bland that we had to add ALL the fixins just to create semblance of flavor. The veggie mix that comes withe pho dishes, is odd. Cauliflower and celery?! I 've been in the area for work and coming here pretty regularly for the last couple of months. Staff is very friendly and service is fast. Ice cold water delivered to the table almost immediately. I 've gotten a few different variations of the Pho and never been disappointed. And the large portion is a good value hood portion of delicious soup for only a couple of shekels more then the small, or kid portion. My personal favorite is #7, large, and add meatballs; though sometimes I 'll keep it simple and get a small #11 with meatballs (don 't sleep on the meatballs! . .... just like others have said steer clear of this place. Vietnam POWs got more food in the Hanoi hotel than this restaurant Absolutely ridiculous! The pho broth taste like dirty bath water steeped in fennel... horrible you've been warned. After calling back, the staff could care less... completely indifferent. IMO it's restaurants like these that don't last long before they're kicked out of town.....

First time ever having Pho and I must say it was refreshing and delicious. Loved the veggie pho. It was filled with cauliflower and broccoli tasted very good. Tofu rolls were also good. The peanut sauce they come with is perfect and so flavorful. We ordered a boba and that was not great the flavor was off and the boba seemed hard. Still a great spot food was delicious.
Clearly the people over at Pyramid Renovations are a bunch of Racist trash! I would think twice before letting them near my house or my family! This restaurant is one of the best in Brick NJ! Family owned and operated. Always clean, food is fresh, and staff is friendly.

Love it here! The food is so fresh and delicious. Everything I have tried has been top quality. This family owned business has been my favorite dinner place for almost five years now. Very accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Highly recommend.
