Incredible experience! My fiancée took me here for my birthday dinner, and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. The restaurant was immaculate, with a beautiful ambiance. There was a short five-minute wait for a table, but that's understandable given how popular this place is. The shrimp tempura and avocado spring rolls were delightful, especially with their sweet red sauce. I also tasted her salmon special, which was wonderfully crispy and flavorful! The pho with oxtail is excellent as always, with a broth that is well-seasoned with herbs and spices, accompanied by a generous serving of noodles and meat. We also ordered the rice vermicelli bowl with grilled beef and egg roll, which was fantastic as well. The seasoned beef with rice is good, but I prefer the grilled beef due to its smoky flavor. For the summer rolls, we opted for the combination of shrimp and pork, and they were a good size and quite filling. The restaurant has a private parking lot, and while there is often a wait during busy dinner hours and on weekends, the large space usually means the wait isn’t too long.
One of my workers shared her food with me, and I was immediately hooked!! OMG... SO DELICIOUS!! I went back the next day to order my husband and I some lunch. He loved it! I took my Sissy there last weekend so she could order the oxtail soup, and she said it was amazing!!! This place was a hidden gem that I would drive past all the time. This restaurant is, in my opinion, the best among the many Vietnamese spots in and around Edison/Piscataway. The food is slightly pricey, but it's worth it for the fantastic selection of authentic Vietnamese dishes, generous portions, and high-quality ingredients. Plus, the pork is cooked perfectly and not at all dry. Oh, and they serve alcohol too! Haha.
I recently hosted a party for 40 guests to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday, and it was an incredible experience. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the party room was lovely. Our party host, Maya, was fantastic. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.
This is a spacious restaurant featuring a lively banquet area available for rent! The menu is extensive and the food is quite tasty. There’s plenty of parking available as well. I tried the B4, and it was enjoyable, although I’ve had better spring rolls, so I deduct a star for that. Service was good too!
