I came to the restaurant in time, and the man who works told me he was in a second with me. a male customer goes in after me and the guy goes and helps him first. I was annoying, but whatever someone else helped me with my order. Pho Today is a fantastic place to enjoy a bowl of Pho. The atmosphere is casual, similar to a relaxed fast food spot; the staff takes your order and then reappears only when your food is ready. They’re polite, though not especially conversational. Still, if you’re in the mood for a comforting bowl of noodle soup, this place delivers perfectly. I usually stick to the Combo Pho from their menu, but this time I tried the Seafood Pho, and it was excellent! The squid was particularly tender, unlike the usual chewy texture found elsewhere.
I tried the Oxtail Pho today, but it was disappointing—tough meat with mostly bones and a broth that was lacking in flavor. On the other hand, the Bun Dac Biet was much better: well-prepared and generously filled with pork, shrimp, and beef enough for two bowls. It felt like the pho might have been made by a different cook, given the noticeable difference in quality. Service was slow despite only a few tables being occupied, though since the restaurant had just opened, more staff may arrive later.

The veggie pho can be made vegan by requesting vegetable broth, and it was both delicious and generously sized. The assortment of vegetables added fantastic flavor. The veggie sandwich on a baguette was also outstanding. They provide Sriracha and other sauces at the table. It’s a great spot to eat, whether you're with friends or grabbing a quick meal alone. The food tastes very fresh. On the downside, the service could use some improvement, as it felt somewhat lacking.
Went yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise. We ordered the chicken pho soup and the ribs that came with rice and salad. The flavors were so delicious. My toddler loved it!! So definitely toddler approved. The waiter was very serving, kind , went above and beyond. The smoothie taste amazing. The iced coffee was really great! I?m very picky when it comes to iced coffee and it did not disappoint. 10/10 recommend!
Food very flavorful, spiced and cooked perfectly. We ordered pho, bun and rice platters, enjoyed it all. They were out of some items on the menu including vege broth, that's why one star dropped. Liked the casual, airy, modern ambience with high ceilings and stone-look walls.
Ordered the beef short rib pho. They gave me a dinosaur leg! Perfect meal for a cold winter night, really warmed me up. Soup was amazing, meat was a little more cooked than I like it but still very tasty. Would def come back here.

the bahm mi sandwiches are great, especially the grilled bark and the brot is fresh (at least midday). and if they are not caffeine sensitive, they should try the Vietnamese coffee, it is really good!
Super friendly staff. Food was amazing. The restaurant was really clean and spacious. I thought this was gonna be overrated but no, everything was perfect.
