Hubby is a fan of the rare steak pho...a very tasty soup that is both crunchy and savory. It is even better spiced w siraccha and hoison sauce. Friends have recommended the Vietnamese crepe. Ingredients are always super fresh and service is excellent. Food is moderately priced and I would say is an average of $25 to $30 a person when we've gone for dinner. We just left like 10 minutes ago! Really hungry and tired from our 9 hr shift. Not from Maryland. We came here bc we really love Vietnamese food. They received us with a pleasant welcome. The atmosphere was great. The service could’ve been better. We have been sitting for like approx 10 minutes. Mind you we already know what we wanted and the waitress had given us our waters. Not the best experience and certainly not the worst. The food for me is average. My wife is Asian and loves trying different foods and I am obliged to join her. We have been to Pho Van a couple times. The staff is friendly and courteous. The restaurant is also clean and orderly from what you can see of the dining area. They definitely get these things right.The food for me though is somewhat bland for the price. We had a $125 tab for 4 people who all drank water. Out last experience was poor. This is the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever eaten! With over 160 options it was hard to pick but I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with any choice you make here. I ordered the Pho with well done steak plus the Relax Blue Passion Fruit juice, and my husband ordered the vermicelli with lemongrass fried chicken plus the Black Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The servings were huge for the price and the food came out piping hot with truly amazing flavor. I give this restaurant a three because i was unsatisfied with their boba. First time I went, I was confused and didn’t think much of it. Second time I went, then I realized this is how it always tastes and I put my foot down. I am a fan of boba, tried it from many restaurants so I understand how it is supposed to taste. They freeze their boba which is just wrong. I saw them take it out of the freezer which is not how it should be. For those people who say their boba is good, you need to try more boba places to know that it is actually not that good. Another side note, food is decent, could be better but most Asian foods in Easton are not the best in my opinion.
This place was amazing! So many options and all the food had huge portions, which were beautifully cooked and flavorful. They had indoor and outdoor seating options which both had a great atmosphere especially for a strip mall spot! Vegetarian options: They had a whole section of vegetarian options! We eat lunch here often. It is a great find in our small town! The food is very good, consistently good. The service is prompt and the restaurant is well lit and clean. We have enjoyed this cuisine in many places, Their pho is as good as any. Better than what we had in Vietnam The meat in the pho is more lean than in Vietnam. ?????
