I ordered delivery of the lemongrass chicken pho because I wasn't feeling well. The soup arrived hot and the noodle to broth ratio was perfect. The chicken was thinly sliced and of good quality, and the broth had a spicy and flavorful taste. I have a peanut allergy which I mentioned in my order, and they accommodated it without any issues. It was my first time ordering from here and I will definitely order again. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because I would have preferred more herbs or vegetables in the dish. It had a lot of Bok Choy and green onions with chicken, but lacked other vegetables or herbs to make it perfect!
The fried rice contained frozen vegetables and was served in a very small portion for $16, with only about 2 cups of rice in the container. The soup was served in a tiny cup with only one shrimp for $8. The beef and vegetables dish had a large portion of sauce. Despite the great taste of the food, the high prices make me hesitant to order again. The small pile of containers in the picture cost $60 on Skip, as shown with a 24oz water bottle for scale.
I ordered the medium Sweet sour shrimp mixed vegetables soup for $15.21 after reading good reviews. Turns out I got 4 shrimp and a mix of celery, soy beans and tomatoes… a really sweet bouillon. I ate the shrimp, celery and soy beans and the rest got thrown out.I also ordered tofu rolls (not fried in a rice wrap). They were tasty, however thetofu was fried. For $21 I was really disappointed, this was supposed to be a healthy tasty meal.
I highly recommend this restaurant for a comfortable dining experience. The food and the owners are sure to make you smile. Koi at the cash register is a delight to talk to - it feels like she is welcoming you into her own home. She has a wonderful sense of humor and the food, especially the beef and crispy noodles, is excellent. We feel thankful to have discovered this hidden gem. Réservez une table maintenant
This restaurant is a hidden gem. I love coming here because the food is consistently delicious. I highly recommend trying the vegetable and chicken spring rolls, the vegetable spring rolls with peanut sauce, and the chicken rice noodle soup (pho). The broth in the soup is flavorful and rich, and the vegetables are always fresh. It's the perfect spot for a weekday dinner.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a medium-sized pho, but there was barely enough broth to fill a small bowl at home. The noodles were also mushy and overcooked. I know that pho is usually best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant, but I have had much better delivered pho in the past.
We ordered the curried chicken and the cashew chicken, as well as the spring rolls.Both of the main dishes were shockingly bland. The spring rolls looked/tasted like they were store bought. Portion sizes were rather small relative to the price.Can't say I'd recommend this place.
