Pholicious serves up hot, piping Vietnamese noodle soup in the Western Chicago suburbs, with a lot of fame from reviews in the Chicago Tribune and other local media. Only had time for carry-out, but will be back for dine-in at the next opportunity. Absolutely my new spot for pho. The food is SO good. I mean so, so, so good. We ordered the spring rolls, the soft shell banhmi and the beef short rib pho. All of it super yummy. The spring rolls come with a peanut sauce. But this peanut sauce has an extra spice that you mix together... #nextlevel The service is so attentive and kind and just amazing. If you've never had banh mi or if you've never been to Pholicious stop here. It's been recognized as one of the best bahn mi sandwiches in the area by food critic Steve Dolynski. The bread was crisp, the meats were fresh and the overall taste left me wanting to come back the next day for more. Don't just stop at the sandwich, try the pho and fried rice! Both were over the top. Better than any other place I've had either of those. For it being at Saturday evening during dinner hours, it was easy to sit right down. I stopped in on a Sunday evening to order takeout. I ordered the Chicago Signature banh mi for my husband and a tofu banh mi for myself. I really enjoyed the tofu it was seasoned well. The baguette was a bit on the softer side so it got soggy by the time I brought it home. Though that is on me because they gave me the option to have the veggies on the side. I also ordered the matcha boba tea and the classic milk tea. They ended up forgetting my classic milk tea. It didn't end up in the original order. I ended up ordering and paying for it anyway. I think they accidentally made me the brown sugar milk tea. It was definitely too sweet. The pearls were good though. I'd come back to try the pho.

This Vietnamese restaurant is filled with flavors. They has a variety to choose on the menu from boba, banh mi, Vietnamese noodles, and rice dishes. I really enjoyed their grilled pork sandwich and their spring rolls which were so fresh. The Pho was so hot and pairs nice after a long night. The spicy noodles or bun Bo hue was so flavorful with so many herbs and spices. If you enjoy some Vietnamese food you will find authentic Vietnamese foods here at Pholicious. Also the service was great.
This is a nice, casual place with affordable rate and tasty food. We tried the tofu bao bun and the pork and egg bahn mi. The bahn mi did not stand out bht the bao was very tasty. An additional star just for the in-house chili oil, it was super tasteful. The cocktails looked basic on the menu and beer collection was basic as well. Dont go here for drinks, go for a quick tasty bite to calm your hunger if you are in the neighborhood.
We ordered to go. We have dined in before to eat pho. This is my go to pho spot! It is so close to where I live so I come here often. Banh mi's are great. They have many types on banh mi. I have friends from Elgin that drive all the way here just for the pho and banh mi. So if you live far, I'd say it's worth the drive! Everything is cooked perfectly, flavors are on point. I love it here!
Good Vietnamese restaurant in the suburbs. Next to Lou Malnati's and a breakfast place. I really like the fresh made banh mi sandwich. I had the fish patty and it was delicious!! The bread was crunchy on the outside and inside soft and delicate. I pho was good, but the banh mi better than the pho. They have 2 sizes for pho reg and large. Service was okay.

Great spot! Authentic Vietnamese with really great options for banh mi sandwiches, pho, fried rice, and spring rolls. Small casual eatery, service is pretty fast too. Price is a bit higher than other restaurants but the food and portions are good. 4 adults and 2 kids $135 pre tax 4 apps, 4 entrees, 2 kids meals, 4 specialty drinks (boba etc)
