My review is for their Detroit Pizza style menu. It is a bit strange to see one kitchen offering two very different menus but they really make it work. I have not had a Detroit style pizza before and this one was a fantastic first time experience. The dough was thick but also quite light and fluffy. The edges were nice and crispy. Combined it makes for a tasty treat. The wings are Asian inspired because I detected some soy flavor but I forgot to ask what else goes into them. Overall, quite happy to give this a try and while you'd think two very different menus in one kitchen would be a red flag, it most certainly is not the case here. I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed Phorage already. Been coming here since things opened up in 2021. I literally love this place. Alejandra and Fran we’re amazing today. Food was on point, drinks were in point and service was ON POINT! I left my card and Fran rushed to get it to my by the parking structure. So appreciate of him and everything Phorage related. Don’t come as often as I should but ALWAYS a good experience. First time meeting Alejandra but I see Fran all the time. Definitely a must go.@angelepatino
Just came back here a few nights ago, surprised to see a new menu! The item I gambled on was the Wagyu Pho Burger which was incredible! I was unsure about it because of the Bleu Cheese but the flavors of it all together were to my honest surprise... I had to take a photo! Anyone looking for a dope neighborhood spot? I recommend to check this place out.
I frequent here often to enjoy my food and the service. It is eclectic that they offer Vietnamese pho and a Wagu burger. I will return, and the location is conveniently located near Trader Joe's, so I can have decent parking and go shopping afterward. High quality ingredients, but completely flavorless Pho. Chicken wings were good but not special. Really disappointing. My sister ordered this for my birthday dinner via postmates and I?ve never had a bowl of pho so bland. It took so much Siracha and Hoisin to make it even worth eating. Just no. Never again.
I love Phorage not once have I been disappointed by the amazing food (pork rice plate and jidori chicken are insane plus new wagyu burger! also worth mentioning is their happy hour one of my all time faves. And even delivery is so spot on when I can’t make it there. Don’t miss out…
Waited to be seated by the hostess of this establishment, but they ignored my uncle and me, so after 10 minutes, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. I guess one has to be a stuck-up person to be served here, so thanks for the unprofessional
Google took me here while looking for authentic Vietnamese pho. Not your average pho, missing a lot of spice for the broth. Ox tail soup was okay but could be better. 2 star for location and friendly service.

The beef pho was tasty and had a nice, rich beef flavor. And their banh mi are delicious. Portions of both were great. Definitely recommend!
Curry waffle fries were really good, and the pho was just like every other pho but this one had american wagyu beef.
