in the open one sits directly on the old bridge in the middle of the Touri River, while you sit quite sloping, but still the glasses do not fall. as so often in Thai restaurants the appetizers know more to convince than the main dishes. everything seems freshly prepared and has a good, pleasant sharpness, many fresh crumbles. the level can not necessarily keep the main foods, but nevertheless the phuket is surely one of the better Thai restaurants in heidelberg, which also delivers on a stable level properly. some do not find the size of the portions large enough, I cannot agree. this is all completely ok, even if the card is too diverse and is provided with many colourful images and unfortu...
phuket is a simple Thai restaurant at the foot of the old bridge. it is an excellent place with internal and external tables, so they can enjoy the sun and observe the people directly in the heart of the old city. eating is standard Thai, generally delicious, but nothing extraordinary. the service was very uneven, perhaps because they are underused; only a waitress had to take care of all about 25 foreign tables. We didn't have much to do because it was a nice night, but if we had had it in a hurry, it would have been quite annoying.
we were very disappointed by our visit to the phuket. the service worked very uncoordinated and confused. so we waited for our appetizer for a very long time until we realized that they have completely forgotten our order. we finally didn't even get that at once.The phat thai is not recommended and our escape was deepdeep fried.
Das Pad-Thai war superlecker, genau so wie ich es aus Thailand kenne. Wir haben einiges bestellt, alles war lecker und frisch. Man muss allerdings Glück haben hier einen Platz zu finden, die Gegend ist sehr belebt. Die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen fand ich etwas unbequem. Die Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Food arrived hot, packaging was alright (little spills), taste wise it was ok - for my taste too far away from traditional thai kitchen, the green curry tasted way off (not bad but also no classic thai curry).
3/5 seems appropriate in my case, maybe I would give it another shot sometime.
Schönen Ausblick auf die alte Brücke. Wir haben das vegetarische Curry einmal in rot und einmal in grün bestellt. Das rote Curry schmeckt süßlich, das grüne ist eher etwas schärfer. Die Bedienung war schnell und sprach gut deutsch.

Geheimtipp....gutes Essen guter Preis...erst unscheinbar....dann wurden wir angenehm überrascht...nur zu empfehlen
