After waiting more than 25 minutes for our order to be taken, it seemed like she rushed the kitchen to send out our burgers, which arrived rare and mushy. After nearly an hour, we were ready to leave, and the server apologized for neglecting to pick up our payment, despite our visible frustration for over 10 minutes. It appears that if you’re not the table receiving their specially prepared steaks, you’re not prioritized at all. As a fellow server, I’d advise anyone in her position to seek support if they can’t manage their responsibilities on their own. Kid-friendliness: Not at all kid-friendly. This place is fantastic! We have a lively three-year-old, and he didn't always want to sit still during our lunch and drinks. The staff was incredibly gracious when we followed him around the restaurant, and they even spent a little time playing with him. Our bartender, Ashley, was wonderful and made us feel like locals. She offered excellent suggestions for both drinks and food. The burgers were exceptionally tasty, and the selection of beer and bourbon was a great bonus. If you're looking for craft beers and cocktails in a friendly neighborhood spot, this is the place to be! We're definitely coming back!
Pleasantly surprised by this eclectic place, it is truly a steak house with the best cuts of meat. Seasoned well to your perfection. Great customer service with the friendliest servers and barmaids/bartender. Unique dishes! Definitely a must try! My husband enjoyed the filet and I absolutely love the provolone cheese wedges. Went here with friends over the weekend after homecoming, and we had an amazing time! The ambience fits well with the general aesthetic of the store and so do the waiters, it's a very lovely feeling and like entering another world for your dinner. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent. I dined in for dinner, and the average cost per person was between $30 and $50. I would rate the food a solid 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere gets a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Tomahawk!
