The wait for sandwiches is incredibly long; I can’t imagine how it would be with more customers. I asked for some hot sauce on my sandwich, but they initially said there would be an extra charge. I had already paid, so I declined, but they ended up offering it for free, which was a nice surprise! Substitutions can be hit or miss, as some staff members seem to frown on them or outright deny them. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty, although the flatbread was thinner than I expected, which is great if you're looking for a low-carb option. I recommend asking for the hot sauce; it's not too spicy and adds a nice flavor when you dip your sandwich in it. Just a heads up, the roasted chicken is a...

The piadina here is a far cry from what we enjoy in Italy. While I understand we’re in the US, I still find it perplexing that the ingredients were so minimal. There was an abundance of arugula, but hardly any cheese, and I couldn't detect any mozzarella at all. Given the overall quality, the price seemed quite steep. The ingredients felt artificial and unhealthy, and it had a cardboard-like taste. They also served just a tiny drop of oil, and it was certainly not a high-quality one. To top it off, the staff was rude. I won't be returning. Good luck!
Been coming here for years and the food has been delicious but our our last visit was not in line with what we have been accostomed to from this establishment. It looks like the owners are definitely cutting costs while raising prices on their sandwiches. Prices are now pushing $14-15-16 dollars for a piadina while the portion of cold cuts on the piadina is probably down 50% from what you used to get only a year ago. The meat is almost not noticable any more. Another formerly great place bites the dust.
The $16 sandwich I ordered was nothing like what was described. There was just a single slice of avocado on it, and both the staff and managers argued with me (I’m nine months pregnant, by the way) and my husband about it! The hot sauce was not creamy at all and tasted like Tabasco. The brisket and steak were so similar in taste and appearance that we could barely distinguish between the two sandwiches. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future. Réservez une table maintenant
This sandwich was very fun to eat. I can honestly say I've never had anything quite like it. They're very different but that's also what I like about them. As far as taste... it was tastier than I thought it would be. The flatbread was super yummy. It was my favorite part. There's a variety of sandwiches to choose from but I went with the Napoli because it had black truffle sauce. They have other offerings, as well, but I went with the sandwich.
This place has a issue of using coupon. My friend and I are using our coupon in 2 different orders, the staffs there keeping telling us we can only use 1 coupon per day. Is this mean they only accept 1 coupon all day for their daily sales? Then what is the point to sent out coupons to the neighborhood.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Everything has a fresh and clean taste. I've visited several times and sampled a variety of dishes, all of which have been excellent. I highly recommend it—definitely a 10/10! If you haven't been here yet, you should definitely give it a try!
The food lacks authenticity. The sandwiches are made with low-quality deli meats that you could easily find at any supermarket, not fresh at all. It's disappointing to see yet another establishment that falls short. Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely worth the wait! The flatbread pizza is outstanding. The line moves quickly, and there’s plenty of parking available. It's not the cheapest option, but the quality makes it worthwhile.
Torino and Californian are both good. Salads a bit small for the price
