Piazza Grande - Réserver une table

We decided to seat outside since inside every tablewas taken and the weather was really nice. Everything looks delicious in the menu, specially the deserts, but prices are a overrated...that wouldn't be a big issue though, what really bothered me/us was that the service is horrible, the 2 "servers" we had don't have any clue about this job, very disappointing. We were acknowledged so late, and the first guy (I can't call him a server cause he can't be a server) started to take the order without telling us "hey, we don't have this or that for today" , so my brother ordered some calamari dish, and the guy took off and came back in 30 seconds telling us "there's no calamari today", great, and while my brother took a while to look again over the menu, he took off again because he didn't have patience. Whatever - I was thinking...after like 10 minutes another person came to take the order, drinks first (cause in all this time - 20 minutes or so - we didn't have anything to drink on the table) and then the food order, and when someone ordered a file mignon, a steak that they have in the menu, the person taking the order didn't ask anything about the temperature, how do you like it cooked, anything, so when the meal came out, that steak was rare, almost black and blue. The lady who order it didn't like it of course, and we waited, and waited for somebody to come check on us to see how is everything and send that dish back to be cooked more, but nobody came. After like 15 minutes someone luckily showed up outside, not for our table tho, and we wave to him and told him to have that steak cooked more, then we were done by the time the steak came back, glasses were empty at the table but "mr. someone" didn't ask if we would like another drink, nothing. That was the 3rd employee that touched the table, still disappointing.Overall WHAT A JOKE, being in the bussines I was ashamed of what those guy's performances. Wow.HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET BETTER.

we decided to sit outside, where everyone was table-occupied and the weather was really nice. on the menu everything looks delicious, especially the desserts, but the prices are overrated had no idea of this job, very disappointing. we were confirmed so late, and the first type (I can't call him a waiter because he can't be waiter) accepted the order without telling us: "hey, we don't have this or that for today." So my brother ordered a Calamari court, and the guy ran off and came back in seconds and told us: "there is no calamari" great, and while my brother needed one thing to see the menu again, he went back because he had no geduld. whatever I thought ordered a file mignon, a steak that they have on the menu, the person who took up the order did not ask anything about the temperature as it is best cooked to them, anything, so when the food came out, this steak was almost rare black and blue. the dame who ordered it, obviously did not like it, and we waited and waited for someone to look after us. after about minutes, fortunately someone showed up outside, but not for our table, and we waved to him and told him to let the steak cook even more, then we were finished when the steak came back, the glasses were empty at the table, but "mr. someone" did not ask if we wanted a drink, nothing. that was the hired who touched the table, still disappointing. everything in all that a sweat to be in the bussines, I was ashamed of the performances of these types.

Do not stay until the closing time on the terrace, cause someone will simply come to your table, get the glasses, empty or not and tell you: we're closed! It happened to me. One rude guy, took the half empty glasses from the table, without any warning. Then got back to the big group of Italians laughing and having fun in front of the restaurant. In fact, the staff and staff relatives, gathering there every summer night, are the last "clients" of the day...And the icecream taste is too overrated. Expensive, too.The place is clean, with a nice terrace, excepting the horrible plastic flowers on the tables. Nevertheless I had once a Caprese there and it was very tasty. Real Italian style, a large serving dish, but quite expensive - 9 euro. One of my friends had a pizza and wasn't very satisfied. Piazza Grande will never again be a choice for me, in Schwäbisch Hall...

visit the “Kocher Quartier” great ice. a spaghetti ice cream was big enough to share it. eiscafé was also very tasty. external and internal seating. great for every age! there were sitting and looking very good

It's a nice place. I've been there 4 or 5 times and I've had a drink, several ice-creams and I recommend it. It's lovely to sit on the terrace with family, with friends or even alone.
