First time, dining in on their first busy Friday after reopening earlier in the week. Lovely overall; they are a model trattoria; not too fancy but better than an eatery. The new space suits well with large open dining room with high ceilings. We sat not far from doors which are intended to be open during mild weather. The guests at the table behind us used them several times as quick access to outside for a smoke. I read a few great reviews of this place and it encouraged me to try it. Had dinner for two. Pros: Parking was easy, not sure if this was because of the pandemic. I was able to make my reservation online. The fact they had dine in was great as I am not fond of outside dining in summer heat. Had the tasty meatball as an appetizer, the sauce was exceptional and fresh. Had the Branzino, full fish, amazing. Lots of flavor, nice veggies that had simmered in the sauce, delicate. Superb. Piccola is back in a brand new space that is beautifully decorated and has great ambience. The service was good and the menu familiar. Despite the fact that they had just reopened everything came out quick, hot and as expected. The value here leaves a bit to be desired as even for the area it seems steep.
Such a nice restaurant with an amazing menu! I don't think you can choose a bad dinner here. They really take care of you. Just make sure you get a reservation because it has limited seating. Wine list is excellent and make sure you order Mascarpone Zabaglione, especially if like dessert!

The staff was so friendly, the food was good. That was the biggest pork chop I’ve ever had. The star dish was defiantly the crepe with delce de leche.
Absolutely fantastic gem of a restaurant. Superb food and even better service. We felt like a regular on our first visit. Highly, highly recommended.
The food is delicious. Be sure to ask about their day special! One of a few Italian restaurants that provides a great dining experience.
