Pickles Authentic New York Delicatessen

We stopped by to have lunch since we wanted a good sandwich and so glad we did! They have plenty of outside seating and live music on Saturdays, so it was a pleasant surprise. Our server was nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions or make suggestions. We got our order pretty quickly even though they were busy. The do have drink specials too if you are looking for a mimosa or a sangria! We ordered the tuna wrap (albacore), ham and cheese wrap and 1/2 pastrami (it was huge). You could take half of your wrap since these are pretty big and filled. We will definitely be back.

I haven't been here in years and a good friend just started working here so stopped in for a visit. I had a craving for pastrami so ordered the Rachel Reuben with potato salad and was excellent! They are adding pizza to the menu and have a new brunch menuas well. They also serve beer, wine and liquor now. In addition to great food, staff is very friendly making it a pleasantexperience all around. Also, current operating hours haven't been updated on Google Maps yet and shows they are open until 3pmbut they just changed closing time to 8pm. Highly recommend!!

Let me swim in a vat of these otherworldly pickles! The prices were beyond reasonable $8.99 for two plump and garnished dogs, plus side? In this economy? Ya better believe it! and the taste was beyond compare. Fellow vegetarians, this is the rareveggie wrap that doesn't taste like it was made by someone who hates you. If everything else in Longwood shuts down, I onlypray that Pickles remains. Amen.

I only came because of your singer Nora Sewell. Reuben sandwich was a little dry. I brought 5 friends with me. Service was good. Have Nora back!

We went for their lux bagels and it was great. We love their pickles so much. We had to buy another jar. Highly recommend it.
