Pictou Lunch Box is a lovely little restaurant with a beautiful ocean view. I tried their Booldak Chicken which, I believe, means spicy chicken in Korean, but it wasn't too spicy for me. The creamy sauce which was made with Korean chili paste (how creative!! reminded me of butter chicken and it was absolutely delicious! Who would have thought that Italian pasta and Korean chili paste could comingle so harmoniously? I also tried their pajun which is like a seafood pancake. Yum! We just got back from the Lunch Box and wow... the service was great but the food.... the food was amazing. The dumplings were out of this world and the 2 dishes we ordered were delicious. Another reason to love living in Lyons Brook! This place is awesome. You’d normally have to go to a fancy big city to find something this good. Now it’s right here in Lyons Brook just down the road from my favourite Nova Scotia brewery. What are the odds!

Ugh. Restaurant and campground looked like they were under construction. I would not eat here or camp here. Lake across the campground looked beautiful but the campground itself looked as if it'd been thrown together in someone's back yard.

My daughter and I had lunch here today. I had the Shanghai spaghetti and she had the yakisoba noodles. We shared an order of dumplings. Everything was delicious and so fresh! This was our first time here but won’t be our last.

I order meals from here every week at the Truro Farmer’s Market, and my toddler and I absolutely love it. Her favorite is the bulgogi wrap, while mine is the spicy pork. It’s incredibly delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
