I visited this local and renowned cake shop to indulge my craving for a beautiful cake. However, after noticing the awards it had won at the Pier competition, I decided to try the banh mi instead, as the fillings looked too tempting to resist. I have no regrets at all! The baguette was wonderfully crispy, and the rich fillings, complemented by a kick of chili, definitely earned my approval. Paired with a delightful Fonzie Abbot coffee, it was a satisfying meal that was well worth it. I previously rated this place 5/5 in February 2012 and January 2020, and it still deserves the same high praise!
Craved for a nice pie so dropped in this nearby home pie shop. It was not my first time here and I always love its early trading hour and tasteful pies. Ordered a mushroom and beef pie to go with a flat white. Service was very friendly. First sip of the Fronzie Abbot reflected its consistent standard. It was nice, hot and strong. First bite on the pie made flakes of pastry falling on the table and a large mushroom came out immediately from the fillings. Beef was tenderised and taste was balanced. Pie Time in Logan City is situated on Paradise Street at the corner of Timms Court, conveniently near a friend's motor shop. I've been there several times since it opened a few years ago, and each visit has left me satisfied. Over the years, I've tried their fresh salad rolls, spinach and feta rolls, and various other delicious items, and everything has always been fresh and flavorful. The dining experience is consistently excellent, complemented by cheerful service. Thank you! Sards.
As I drove down the road, I noticed this cake shop and decided to stop in for a recommended vegetarian pasty. Unfortunately, I heard they had just sold the last one. While looking around, I spotted a large chocolate sticky bun and decided to give that a try instead. It turned out to be one of the best donuts I've had!
