I ordered food for curbside pickup, but when I arrived at the restaurant and called, the line was busy. After trying multiple times without success, I had to go inside. Upon entering, nobody greeted me or asked why I was there. I waited near the register for assistance, but the worker there seemed to ignore me while refilling ranch dressing. Despite several attempts to get her attention, she continued working without acknowledging me. Eventually, I had to approach her directly and inform her that I was there for my curbside pickup order. We dropped by this Pieology on our way out of town. The pizza was filling but the experience wasn?t the most pleasant when ordering. We came in on 4/16/22 at around 6:45pm. There was a worker who was wearing a multicolor mask. It was a bit of abummer to see how she put the ingredients in our pizza. She didn?t space them out very well. Often she would just kind of plopthem in the middle of the pizza. The way she was making them made it look like she really didn?t want to be there. There was nolove being put into our pies. Do not waste your time or money on this restaurant. The staff appeared unhappy and uninterested, with no one greeting me upon entry as they were all on their phones. When I ordered my pizza, the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for extra broccoli, breaking each piece into tiny bits. The overall service was disappointing and lacking the friendly atmosphere I have experienced at other Pieology locations. The manager, Erica, was unhelpful when I inquired about dipping sauces, stating they only had certain options. Pieology has been one of our favorite pizza places. Unfortunately today's experience has put a dent in it. First of all, they changed the machine that makes the doe circular, and replaced it with something that's not working out, see the shape of my pizza, and it's slowed down the process. Then my pizza came out not hot it was like room temperature, I was like how in the world did that happen. Manager came out and explained that they adjusted the oven temperature and still testing with it. I don't know if all these changes are coming down from corporate or store owner, but if you don't figure it out quickly, business will drop. The pizza’s were flavorful and tasted great. The staff were very friendly and projected a positive attitude towards the customers. They demonstrated great patience when some customers were undecided and took longer than usual to order. With that said, the dining area floor was extremely dirty with food and other items scattered about as were some of the tables. Customers want to eat in an area which, is clean and well kept. Often times businesses use staffing shortages as an excuse for not maintaining a clean dinning area. There should always be time to ensure cleanliness remains at the forefront. Issues such as this falls squarely on the shoulders of ownership and the management team.
Worst experience ever! Me and my wife got a pizza each, her pizza was good but the experience getting it was dreadful. The girl taking our order had a attitude the whole time rushing us to get something already. And then my gluten free pizza was burnt, andthey had the nerve to tell me that the blackened crust was not burned, that 's how it is ... when it tasted like charcoal. Ifthey spent more time paying attention to the pizza and certain cooking times of each crust, instead of having fun conversationsat the front.... They at least agreed to remake it and gave me a expired free pizza card....it was the 4pm shift, definitely tobe avoided.
I picked up our garlic cheese bread and pizza today and requested extra marinara sauce since they only provide one small container for the whole pie. I was surprised to find out that it cost $1 for extra sauce. When I arrived home, I discovered that the pie was burnt. I have been a loyal customer for years, but I think it's time to try a different pizzeria.
You can't go wrong with creating your own pizza at this restaurant. The base pizza costs $10.95 and you can add any amount of toppings. My only complaint is that requesting extra sauce on the side comes with an additional cost after the first request. This seems strange considering they offer unlimited meat, which is actually more expensive than sauce. Réservez une table maintenant
