I ordered for curbside pickup, parked and called the store, phone was busy, waited and called again nine times, still busy. I wasn 't dressed for going into the store, but was forced to. No one bothered to ask me why I was there, I waited near the register. There was a worker filling ranch dressing up behind the register with her back towards me, I called out 'Excuse me ' twice, no response, so I went around and repeated 'Excuse me ' and told her that I had ordered curbside pickup and had called the store 9 times, she said nothing kept waddling about taking pizza out from the oven. I ordered food for curbside pickup, but when I arrived at the restaurant and tried to call, the line was consistently busy. After several unsuccessful attempts, I had no choice but to go inside. Once inside, I was completely ignored; no one greeted me or even inquired about my presence. I waited by the register for assistance, but the employee there seemed focused on refilling ranch dressing and ignored my attempts to get her attention.

Pieology has long been one of our go-to pizza spots, but unfortunately, our recent visit left us disappointed. They've changed the machine that makes the dough circular, and it’s not working well—it really showed in the shape of my pizza. On top of that, my pizza arrived lukewarm, almost room temperature, which was quite surprising. The manager explained that they’ve been adjusting the oven temperature and are still testing it out. I'm not sure if these changes are coming from corporate or the store owner, but if they don't resolve these issues soon, it could hurt their business. I'm left wondering why they'd tamper with something that was already good and working well.

This was the worst experience ever! My wife and I each ordered a pizza. Her pizza was good, but the service we received was terrible. The girl taking our order had a bad attitude and rushed us to decide quickly. My gluten free pizza was burnt and when I complained, they insisted that the blackened crust was not burnt, even though it tasted like charcoal. They need to focus more on the quality of their pizza and cooking times instead of chatting at the front. They did agree to remake my pizza and gave me a free pizza card, but it was expired. Definitely avoid the 4pm shift at this restaurant.
The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone. The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas. The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off. Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.
You can't go wrong with the "make it your own" pizza option at this restaurant. The base pizza costs only $10.95 no matter how many toppings you add. The only issue I have is that requesting extra sauce on the side incurs an additional fee after the first request. This seems odd considering they offer unlimited meat toppings, which are typically more expensive than sauce.
I picked up our garlic cheese bread and pizza today and asked for extra marinara sauce, since they only give one small container for the entire pizza. I was taken aback to learn that the extra sauce costs $1. When I got home, I found that the pizza was burnt. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I think it's time to find a new pizzeria.

Love you can pick so many toppings that are fresh and don't find at other pizza places. Always good.
