Don 't waste your time; spend your money where people are happy. You come where they work. No one greeted me because all three ladies were looking at their phones. From the time I entered until I walked up to the register, finally, someone looked up, and I was instructed to go around the corner and see the menu. While ordering my pizza, the maker appeared annoyed that I was requesting more broccoli. She took one piece of broccoli and spent 30 seconds breaking it into tiny pieces; after she completed the first piece of broccoli, I asked her to add more. I ordered for curbside pickup, parked and called the store, phone was busy, waited and called again nine times, still busy. I wasn 't dressed for going into the store, but was forced to. No one bothered to ask me why I was there, I waited near the register. There was a worker filling ranch dressing up behind the register with her back towards me, I called out 'Excuse me ' twice, no response, so I went around and repeated 'Excuse me ' and told her that I had ordered curbside pickup and had called the store 9 times, she said nothing kept waddling about taking pizza out from the oven. Pieology is my treat to myself but sadly I won 't be back at this location. Awful. Service from start to finish. From the moment you walk in it 's an awkward energy almost like the employees are all muted. I was next to order my pizza and no welcome, no hello .. just ask what can I get you in an unwelcome manner . Okay that 's one employee then the next the guy had the same energy as well as the cashier. The don 't have the word thank you in their vocabulary. This was the worst experience ever! My wife and I each ordered a pizza. Her pizza was good, but the service we received was terrible. The girl taking our order had a bad attitude and rushed us to decide quickly. My gluten free pizza was burnt and when I complained, they insisted that the blackened crust was not burnt, even though it tasted like charcoal. They need to focus more on the quality of their pizza and cooking times instead of chatting at the front. They did agree to remake my pizza and gave me a free pizza card, but it was expired. The service was terrible; they were rude to us, rushing all the customers in line and just trying to process the queue as fast as possible without really helping anyone. The pizza was ok, not burned but a bit undercooked. The topping was a bit clumped and not really spread out. There was a slightly burned smell to the pizzas. The drink counter was a mess. Ice was not disposed of, and the specialty drinks were empty and tasted off. Over all I have had better customer service and better food at other places, so no, I would not be recommending this location to anyone at this time.
I am a foody indeed! Pizzas tend to be on the rich side for me. Have to watch my diet. Pieology allows me the fantasy of both worlds, if you will. I can sink my teeth into something akin to the flavors of the rich pizzas minus the associated guilt. I can still come out the winner, the conqueror of my food consumption destiny. You can't go wrong with the "make it your own" pizza option at this restaurant. The base pizza costs only $10.95 no matter how many toppings you add. The only issue I have is that requesting extra sauce on the side incurs an additional fee after the first request. This seems odd considering they offer unlimited meat toppings, which are typically more expensive than sauce.
