Their breakfast bowl was like nothing I’ve had before with the potatoes lightly fried to perfection and a unique blend of okra and seasonal squash inside. We also had their Ricotta pancakes topped with a fresh berry blend and you could easily taste the difference between what you would find in a mainstream chain restaurant serving breakfast. The Ricotta pancake was rather a big disappointment, not even the blueberry compote, whipped créme fraiche and maple syrup could save the dissatisfaction of paying that price for over the counter pancake powder mixed with Ricotta cheese, it was too dense and rubbery, it wasn't well executed. I really like the concept! It's great to finally have a new brunch spot in the area for Saturday and Sunday. The owner was very kind and took the time to explain the types of food they offer and how their menu will adapt based on demand. When I visited, it was a soft opening.
