Pier 11 Boiling Seafood

The server was great outside of that, terrible experience. Ordered the C4 with an extra 1/2 pound of the snow crab. Bag arrived with spoiled shrimp. When I alerted my waitress, she kindly apologized and said they would remake the bag with shelled shrimp. She then walked towards who I assumed to be the manager who looked over at the table but didn't come over. The waitress brings what was supposed to be a new bag out. Immediately, I noticed my half eaten potato and the yoke left from the egg I tried to eat but had fallen apart. This was my same bag as before. Not sure what’s happening or going on at this location, but for the last 4 or 5 orders my food has been unacceptable. I ordered 2 days ago and my c1 tasted like pure salt it was very greasy and distasteful, me and my children didn’t eat it. Told management and seemed to be dismissive about poor service. This will definitely be my last order.

I didn't even know this was here! I love crab legs and the flavors in the ones I had here was great! The oysters were good, but the horseradish sauce has something to be desired. I'll will be back though. Very good service! No waitFood: 5/5

The waiter I had was awfull she was sleeping on the tables and after she kept on her phone and forgot that she was serving the tables absolutely awfull we request for butter and oil and she forgot all it's a girl with afro hairFood: 5/5
