My first experience at this restaurant was terrible. To be fair, I was part of a group of 18, so I can't hold it against them entirely. I decided to give it another try by going solo for lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was served exceptionally hot and perfectly seasoned, and the noodles were a standout. I also really appreciated the customer service. Overall, it was a much better experience this time around. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Lunch.
Not a good experience at all. The shrimp was overcooked and the crab didn't taste fresh. I got a bag and the sauce was watery and under seasoned. This place has definitely fell off from when it first opened years ago and it was the only one on the Eastside of Columbus. I will continue to go to Cajun Boil! The food was so dry and bland. The crab leg was so small and they dont put egg and corn in the bags no more that is extra. The quality of this location has went down tremendously. Prices go up portions and quality go down m. Save your money. An for god sake please use some seasoning it was no taste
The seafood did not have a taste and was drenched in butter and very little seasoning. I've had way better. Hospitality was top notch. Waitress was very attentive, great attitude and informative. Bartender was top teir, great attitude as well as attentive. Would recommend to anyone and I will be back when I'm in the area. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5
