I have been here since the opening of the first owner (long before mehmet) in 1983. in these days they accepted lunch vouchers! shows you how long it was. it is a bit down in the last decades, but it is far better than most of the very bad Turkish kebab house that really use terrible battle! the best of an evil baptism, yes. what we know about eating now would mean that we should not really go, but now and then it's good to live wild!
The best kebab shop in Walthamstow bar none, Yasar's is not even close and overpriced newbies, like DNR17 and Gokyuzu, pale in comparison. Open late (3am Monday to Saturday, which is as late as you will find in this area) and serving the best doner and Turkish kebabs for 40 odd years. Friendly service, quick collection and the food is always reliably great.
Highly recomend this place drove all the way from Essex to try this place out and I was not disapointed a hidden gem for sure! Only other place worth driving to is super kebab in stoke newington and this place ! Welldone piñata kebab keep up the great work and continue to serve the best quality meat see you soon
This small family run take away is on anther level. Mix donor kebab is my favourite pick there. I think they use high quality meat and chefs are amazing too. Must give a try If you live in Walthamstow or just visiting the area. Try many dishes but never got disappointed.
