Pino's Pizza - Réservation de table

I am perplexed by this restaurant. The pizza used to be delicious and the service was excellent. However, now it takes 2.5 hours to receive your pizza, and it's made incorrectly. Additionally, the customer service when calling is extremely poor. This experience is truly disappointing.

Oh my god what authentic New York experience. If you can?t handle a good ribbing it?s not for you. The pizza was amazing. The owner ?chef?s kiss? was hilarious. I loved how he ribbed a group of youths. I never laughed so hard. Dinner and a show 5/5

I absolutely adore this restaurant! I visit often and always order their delicious pizzas. The staff is incredibly kind and generous, even taking the time to feed the homeless. I highly recommend dining here.
