I'm sure there are a lot of us who have been wanting to try this place ever since Piscos closed back in 2006. The problem is that nobody knows what FOP restaurants take anymore. Can we pay with cash, a credit card, or a check? It drives me nuts when a server walks up with their handheld device and acts like we don't know what they are doing. So many times, it's just me, and all I want is what some people will call a snack (a.k.a. tapas) and a tasty beverage. Everyone asks if you have a reservation, and if you don't and you're just one person, they want to sound the alarm and tell you, you can only sit for more than 30 45 minutes. I went with my family since we lived in Peru for 10 years, but just on my husband's birthday we decided to go, we left there disappointed, the food is not at all like that of Peru, in reality for the cost it is not worth it, the Attention is as if out of obligation and the atmosphere is super heavy and boring, I do not recommend it, we will not return again, they should make the atmosphere more Peruvian and the food should also improve.
My wife order a seafood rice chaufa (not egg) but the shrimp was terrible not fresh , the place smell too bad like old or humidity, food really bad, we complaint about the shrimps not good but they didn’t nothing. 20% tips include on the receipt even if the service is good or bad. For sure it’s the last time here!!!!!
I visited this restaurant and had to wait nearly 40 minutes for two dishes. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait; the chicken broth had a foul smell, and the soda was overpriced at nearly $7. Additionally, the service from the waitress was lacking. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food was cold, the rice appeared to be three days old, and there was no air conditioning—only a fan. Additionally, the dishes lacked any authentic Peruvian flavor and were quite bland. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I’m Peruvian. Someone who is not Peruvian cooks this food! Too bad it hasn’t improved. And 20 gratuity on service that’s only 5-7 is just taking more of your money. Good bye Pisco this was the last try.
Food was very good. Service was so so. Front door broken with no sign so you have to go through the side door. Either fix the door or put a sign out. Outside very run down.
It was great, food amazing until I got the receipt, it was just me eating why does it say patty of 6 and gratuity included? It was just me!!!!
