We absolutely adore Pitfire Pizza. Although we usually visit the one near our home, which is fantastic, we decided to try the location in Marina Del Rey while in town. We were not disappointed. I will be sharing my experiences, both positive and negative, around California with all of you. Let's start with this delicious pan tossed pizza! It was simple and had a great bread flavor. The pizza at this restaurant is high quality, with a variety of interesting options including gluten-free and cauliflower crusts in addition to the standard thin crust. They also offer delicious salads, appetizers, and sides. The service is excellent, with attentive staff making it a great option for group dining. The outdoor seating area is comfortable and casual.
The restaurant had plenty of parking and space to hang out, but I have not returned because the toppings were lacking. There was not enough vegan cheese to cover the pizza, although it was better than Daiya. The restaurant has potential, but they should consider charging slightly more to fully cover the pizza.

I was pleasantly surprised by how addictive the taste was! This is one of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere in the world! This place is underrated and definitely deserves more recognition for their perfectly executed Neapolitan pizza. Once you try it, you won't want pizza from anywhere else!
I also ordered the vegetarian white bean soup (be sure to ask for no parmesan cheese) and roasted Brussels sprouts without butter. The restaurant is great for those looking for mainstream options and is accommodating when customizing orders.
Disturbing to say the least. I had been convinced there was no good pizza in California. Then I found this place. We paid for our food and drinks, they brought it to us, we ate it, we left, and my opinion has changed. Best time ever.
Pizza arrived late and extremely cold and had to be reheated. Cheese tasted artificial.salad was ok. Will not buy again ever. Not worth the price. Spoiled family treat.

I really like the vegan margherita pizza here. It’s a cashew cheese that is really unique and good. It’s also reasonably priced.
There weren't many vegan options available, but the one vegan pizza I had was good. It's worth a visit at least once.
