We ordered wings as an appetizer and they were pretty good. I ordered a beer initially and then ordered a margarita with salt. It came without salt and not even a lime and frankly wasn’t that tasty for a pub, especially. The waitress did not check in at this point. The food came and she asked if we needed anything else and I stated we needed silverware to start with, as we had not been given any at all to this point. Horrible service and I doubt that a google review will have any effect. Took a while to see our server, food arrived promptly (great! , never saw our server again, and waited 30 minutes for our bill. We would probably still be waiting is we had not stood up and found a hostess to ask for our bill. We also asked to speak to the manager. The hostess said, “I’ve told her but it will be a while because she is cooking.” Fifteen minutes later the manager comes by with an attitude a mile high. “How long did you wait? The Pittsford Pub truly operates at a next level. From their fresh and seasonally updated beer list to the amazing food menu that is very fairly priced, there is an option for everyone. Pictured is (2) 4 oz filets cooked to perfection and served by an amazing and knowledgeable bartender with a double baked potato and veggies this was only $23! They also serve THC and CBD beverages like I said, a league of their own!
The food is usually good but service has not been great the past few times we've been there. It's slow and more than once our food wasn't put in and we ended up waiting 30+ minutes. I would recommend this as a place for happy hour, apps, or a drink to watch a sports game but not for a family dinner or date night. The location is also a plus.
Made reservations for 13 for a family dinner and they sat us in a great semi private room. The food and service was excellent! And apparently nobody told them that food is now ridiculously expensive, the prices seemed like pre Biden, lots of dinners for under $20. Had the salmon salad, and omg was it good!!!! Highly recommended!
Food was terrible. Nothing has flavor. I went with a party of 6 and we were all disappointed with our plates. Even our appetizer was flavorless. (nachos) I mean, how could you mess that up!!?? Drinks were okay. The only good thing about being there was our waitress. She was sweet and very nice.
