Terrible service, as you rarely see: rude, arrogant, rude and ill-mannered waitress. Pasta dishes are good, but we were ripped off for the price of a bottle of wine. There was no price on the menu, we complained and went Mistreated. Unfortunate. I do not recommend. One of the worst experiences in . Arrogant, rude, rude waiter. Terrible Care and service. The pasta dishes are reasonable, but we were ripped off for a bottle of wine that wasn't on the menu. We complain and ask To show the menu with the price and it didn't exist. Unfortunately our worst is most disastrous experience in beautiful Switzerland .
Surprised to see some of these reviews, unless things have improved since or we were lucky with the service on our visit. We stopped here for dinner on our way back to Zurich after a very long day of travelling into Switzerland and doing a full day’s tour of various areas. It was busy due to the National Day but we got a table and our waiter was very friendly and service was efficient. The 3 of us all had pasta dishes and found them all very appetising with no complaints!
