Me and my husband were here to dine on Saturday, and even though they were extremely busy everything was speedy and good. Our server, I think her name was Sara was so sweet and pleasant, was quick to greet us and take our orders, answered all our questions and was very well versed with menu. She also checked in on us frequently and did it all with the sweetest smile I’ve ever seen. She held up so well even after it being so busy, truly commendable service. We couldn 't wait to try pizza 216 but we weren 't impressed. My partner went in to pick it up and said a lack of communication/acknowledgement from the staff made pick up confusing and awkward. We asked for mushrooms on half our pizza, but got them on the whole thing. Pizza was thin and flimsy. I feel like if you 're going to call your restaurant pizza '216 ' it should be Cleveland style pizza, which it wasn 't. We paid $15 dollars for some mediocre Mac n cheese. The brick oven pizza at this restaurant was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh and of high quality. Next time, I plan to request extra cheese on top of the delicious toppings. Overall, it would have been a perfect 5-star rating if not for this small oversight.
The pizza is always great but the service every time leaves a bit to be desired. If you don't mind waiting around to be waited on I think you'll be alright.

I'm from Jersey where we have the best pizza in the world. I wasn't expecting to find great pizza in Cleveland, but damn...this was so good!
If you enjoy New Haven style pizza with real cheese, you will definitely enjoy this restaurant. If not, you may need to consult a doctor.
