I'm having a hard time figuring out how this place earned a 4.5-star rating, unless I happened to visit on a bad day. The pizza shows promise—the sauce, cheese, and toppings are all excellent. However, the crust was quite a letdown, particularly in the center, which had the consistency of wet cardboard. It was undercooked and mushy, while the edges were fine. But the middle was simply soggy. If they could improve the crust, they could potentially have some of the best pizza in the area.

I like the San Ramon location a little more than the Pleasanton one, but the most important thing is that I enjoy the Bello Buns just as much at both places. Haha! And the gelato is absolutely incredible as well. This restaurant is truly outstanding, no question about it!
Fantastic pizza and excellent service! I've tried the pizza by the slice and the Italian sub, and both were delicious! The restaurant is consistently clean, which I can't say about other pizza places. I will definitely keep coming back to Pizza Bello!

The pizza here is delicious! I've only tried the classic options, and I've never been disappointed. I really enjoy their spaghetti, especially the meatballs—they're fantastic. The strawberry gelato is excellent as well!
