This was by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered through the website and waited over an hour and a half. I called multiple times and was transferred to a call center, where the representative lied to me in three separate calls, claiming the driver was just around the corner, then that he was five minutes away. In my last call, I requested to speak with the store manager, and that's when I was told that the driver's car had been towed but that he would be on his way. I pointed out how cold my food would be by then, and the representative became aggressive, saying that he would just cancel my order instead of trying to resolve the situation. Unacceptable service. We waited for this food for 48mins . I called twice to see where the food was at I was told the driver was on their way few mins which ended up being 48mins! I asked to not come with the food and give me back my refund ! They Force me to wait for the food . When the food got it was disgusting and cold! It look like the food was seating in a car for 48mins ! Some of individuals got sick after eating this food!!! I called to get my refund but they asked for the food back! They weren’t even trying to take accountability of their disgusting service! Why offer delivery if you all can’t deliver on time and provide cold food!
This place will take your money and not make your order. Don’t order here!!!!!! Placed an order through google at 11:25 pm (they close at 12 am) and I go to the store to pick it up. I get there and the guy says that they don’t make that item for dinner, only lunch. He refuses to give me a replacement, saying they were closed now (it was not 12 am). He then refused to give me anything verifying the cancellation or that he refused to make the food. The restaurant now won’t answer the phone for the eatstreet ordering service so that I can be refunded for food I never received. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order here.

Oh my gosh, I ended up ordering from a different location. Even though they were about to close, they still helped me out at the last minute, and my food was amazing! I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you for the great customer service, everyone!
