Pizza Express - Réservation de table

Been coming to the Pizza Express in Marlow since 1998 and it has always been great, but recently it has become a disaster zone. Last visit they were out of ham so despite accepting an order for my pizza they came back with 20 minutes later with a different pizza and said I couldn 't have the one I wanted. Service used to be quick but now very slow. Ordered a beer, but it never came. No knives on most of the tables, so had to pinch one off one of the few tables that did have one. Never got offered a menu again for postres so after 10 minutes with empty plates we gave up. Won 't be coming back until they get decent staff who know what they are doing.

We always go to marlow pizza express but tonight we were really disappointed with the service the first time in 10years. The service was extremely poor the manager was useless we order drinks which never arrived the young lad was the only person working hard tonight he was running around trying to keep everyone happy without any support from management also the food was great as usual but the service really let it down tonight.

I went there for lunch after a long time. The food was great as well as the wine and staff who are still working here. It's a well maintained restaurant, the toilets are always spotless and a great place to eat. I had the chicken wings and pasta and tiramisu and a coffee....Nothing was too much to ask .... Great team.Thanks.

I guess we all expect pizza express to be predictable and reliable as a chain restaurant. Now, the personal here are really friendly and courteous, that eating was good, service-speedy, and atmosphere also pleasant. edible eating for quite fair money recommended. Réservez une table maintenant

Sadly, though the food was tasty and delivered quickly after ordering, the time to order and the 15minutes waiting to get the plates cleared or at least someone’s attention was too much for us. Perhaps others don’t mind being ignored (twice), but we do,

the staff was very friendly, including the manager who welcomed me when I came in. the pizza was excellent, carefully prepared by the cook. the restaurant was also clean and tidy, although it was busy. I would recommend it very much.

great pizzas and they were so good for us about our food sensitivity! our daughter has terrible sensitive zöliakie and she made every reasonable intention to prevent cross-contamination and it worked well!

Decent pizzas. Can't go wrong with express always delivery the good service and nice pizzas. Only dropped a start due to lack of pizza express salad dressing sauce which is to die for omg Réservez une table maintenant

only a few vegan options available, including at least one pizza (probably only one) — “Vegan Puttanesca” with some vegan mozzarella. It was pretty good.

cool and quite quiet for a Saturday afternoon. beautiful four seasonal classics and enjoyed the new watermelon sorbet. good service.
