We did not order pizza online to know that they did not deliver to Sebastopol. The website someone like the wrong address entered. We called to report and the owner got on the phone because we asked for a refund. We spent $80. We don't earn much money, so we don't get to dinner tonight. It was a special occasion to order. He told us he ran out of the money he made available for refunds. He says he's a little business and that he can't earn money that gives refunds. He said he'd go to the wrong address and if the random people didn't eat our food he gave us back. He refused to do this and gave us photo evidence that he actually went there to check. Excellency. Pizza guys has a nice crust, a delicious sauce, reasonable prices and fast service. They also use GOOD bacon on their pizza. If you had pizza with bad bacon on it, you understand the difference. All blows and even cheese are quality. If that's not enough reason to get you there, they offer a free 2-liter soda for each take-out order over $20; that is including special offers and discount items. So I buy an XL pizza with 3 toppings, spend $30 on taxes and tip plus the free soda. This is lunch for me, the woman and leftovers for another lazy day. Even better if you have kids because they really have good several pizza offers online.
I ordered a pizza online from these guys – ordered 1/2 and 1/2 with thin crust and some boneless wings. The wings were mostly gristle and the pizza turned into 2 pizzas – neither hard thin crust and only one of them was even the toppings we ordered. Called to complain and got no help. The manager argued with me saying it was my fault. I have ordered from them before and received good service. Tonight they messed up the order and didn’t even care to try to correct it or apologize. Definitely will be avoid this place from now on.
Ordered a pizza that had very raw gummy dough which can make you sick according to FDA. It was thru door dash and delivered within a half hour from across town, including cook time, so of couse it was gonna be raw. The owner refused to deliver a cooked pizza because it was not in his delivery area. And told me to contact doordash for a refund. I just wanted dinner and now we have none and so far Im out 33.00 plus tip. I dont understand why the owner was not interested in keeping a customer happy since they were in the wrong!
Pretty basic pizza joint, but the food is good for the price. Nothing in particular to write home about, but the one time they kinda mucked up my order they kicked in a free soda, so that was nice. It's certainly more affordable than other pizza joints on this side of town, so if you're on a budget this is a good bet.

Both Piner Road and Windsor locations have consistent quality pies. Pick up and save the delivery fee and get a soda or Ice cream included. Always look for specials on their website. Lots of options with crust, sauces and toppings. Owners are hardworking and active in the businesses.
