I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in Worland, Wyoming, and I must say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the establishment was. Waited 15 minutes after we sat ourselves for the waitress to come over. Only 2 tables were occupied. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink and if we were ready to order. Gave our drink order but we needed a menu to see what we wanted. Waited another 15 minutes for her to come back to take our order. Still didn 't get our drinks until after we ordered. Small pizza, wrap and an order of bread sticks. We waited another 30 minutes to get our food. We also had to go to the counter to request a plate and marinara sauce for our cheese sticks. Walked in the door, got a table for dine in. Waited for our drink order to be taken, after 10 minutes of waiting finally walked to the cooler and got our own drinks. A few minutes later our order was taken. We waited over an hour for our food, which we were never checked on in this time frame. Then went up front to ask where our food was, they responded by telling us it is coming. Waiting another 5-10 minutes our food comes out and we ended up not getting everything we ordered. Brushed it off and ate what we got. The food we got was great and tasted fantastic. When going up to pay, the lady could not find our order and that took another 5-7 minutes, just to pay. Depends what time of day you order from here, my experiences with the online/app ordering have been real shotty. App is slow, sometimes impossible to use. Staff is all friendly, and willing to correct mistakes. Seems like night crew could care less about quality. Just like most Pizza Huts. There Pizza is good.There staff was all young kids but they were very friendly.The place was clean.But the parking is kinda a free for all. There are no real marked parking spaces.Every time I have been there. Cars are parked differently each time.Other than that. I have them on speed dial. Lol

The New Yorker is a better quality pizza then the normal fare here. This particular Pizza Hut is in bad shape, physically. Having remembered Pizza Hut in its hayday, the condition of this one makes me sad.

Order a pizza and unaware that when ordering a New Yorker I have to possessify it needs pepperoni when I thought one of the selling points is it comes with pepperoni

I waited 60 excruciating minutes for my wings only to finally discover that they were stale. Absolutely devastating. I gave two stars because I enjoyed the ranch. Réservez une table maintenant

You might have more people dining in if you’d get ice. This has been well over six months and still no Ice, unacceptable!
