No matter how you place your order, it is rarely ready on time. I often end up waiting 20 minutes or more beyond the estimated pickup time. During my last visit, I waited an additional 20 minutes only to find that my order was missing a pizza, which was especially frustrating as it was for a birthday party. Not only did I arrive late with the food, but I also didn’t have enough to serve everyone. On a positive note, the food itself was delicious, and the person at the register was kind and seemed to be managing multiple tasks. However, I did overhear one of the cooks in the back expressing frustration and using some inappropriate language. I hope this feedback is helpful.
It’s impossible to place an order over the phone. Can’t find personal pan on the menu online and when you call, your put on hold just for someone to come to the line 3 times to say “can you please hold. Tear the place down. Big cheese in Henderson is so much cheaper and better. Please go out of business and leave my Oxford.
My husband picked up our online order, but when he got home, we discovered that our wings were missing. Instead, we received an extra pizza. I called and spoke to the manager, who was very nice and apologized for the mistake. She said she would credit my account. Overall, the food was good.
Every time I order at this location I say I will never again and do because the kids loves them but there service sucks been sitting at the window for over 25 minutes no one still hasn’t came to it I called them now they still haven’t came I just want my food so I can go like this is crazy

Can’t seem to get a simple order right. Took forever to answer the phone then took even longer at pickup window. Pizza look ok but it’s wrong order. Price is not worth service.
I made an online order for breadsticks that were supposed to be ready at 11am. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes and they had to give me a refund.
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza online and picked up at the curbside window. It was ready when expected and hot. The guy was friendly who came to window.
I spent $49 on lunch, and everything we ordered was cold. The food is too expensive for it to be served at that temperature. Not impressed.

This location has a new owner so the military discount no longer applies. That is why they got a four star. But the employees were great.
Great, friendly customer service! The pizza was hot ready for pickup when I arrived. It was awesome! Love my Pizza Hut!
