I ordered a Supreme pizza with extra mushrooms and cheese for carryout to save time during my half-hour lunch break. However, when I got to my car and looked at the pizza, I noticed there were no extra mushrooms, no green peppers, and no extra cheese. The attendant, Oscar, didn't apologize or handle the situation professionally at all. He simply said he would remake it. When he took the old pizza from my hands, he seemed upset as if I had done something wrong, possibly for merely pointing out the obvious. Even when I received the new pizza, he still didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake. That's not cool at all! I recommend double-checking your order before leaving this place.
Their chocolate brownies are absolutely delicious!! With the perfect abount of crunch and ooey gooeyness in the middle! The pizza is okay the crust is always on point though. And the new melt sandwiches they have in my opinion are bunk. They're crispy to the point of burnt everytime I've seen or gotten one. If you like burnt, then the melt is for you. Hence the name, the melt, I was looking for something else. But what do I know? The staff is usually busy making something. Only once have I come in and they were too busy playing around to help me but that happens. They were nice enough so it made a difference.
The food here is excessively greasy, even for fast food standards. I've included photos showing how soaked the breadstick bags were when we brought them home. This location is also quite stingy with the toppings on their pizzas. It's mainly just marinara-flavored bread, with only the occasional topping if you're fortunate. They've even started to skimp on the seasoning for the breadsticks. When properly prepared, they should have a generous sprinkle on top, but now they mostly just taste like plain bread.
The staff here always keep this place clean and the food is ok. Sometimes the staff seem like they don't want to work. The parking is shared by 6 different businesses but that's ok because you don't have to walk too far. 4 days ago i purchased a large pizza and an order of chicken wings. Total came out $52 something. That's a little pricy for me but then again everything is getting so expensive these days. i'll still come back.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and only one handycap parking space.
