I ordered 3 medium pizzas and a order of bread sticks online with my reward points at 2:30 pm and wanted everything at 4:45 pm so I could pick it up after work for dinner for me and my family. I show up a little after 5 and the guy that helped me lookedat his computer and saw no orders under my name. He then talks to his manager that tells me the order has been cancelled!! Bythem because I can only order one pizza per day and I ordered 3. What!!!! They never called me and told me anything! I even havea email saying my order will be ready at 445! So i guess they make there own policy and the app just lets you think your allgood with ordering 3. And I lost 675 points cause they canceled my who...
I was really let down by the customer service at Pizza Hut. I called at 6:04 pm on 01/18/2022, and the employee was extremely rude, even hanging up on me twice. He said, "thanks for nothing," which I found totally unacceptable. I really hope the manager takes action to address this behavior. Unfortunately, I had to order my pizza from a different place. I tried to engage with the employee in a polite manner, but his attitude was just unacceptable. Regrettably, I will no longer be ordering from this location.
I ordered a three-topping pizza but only received pepperoni. When I went to pick up my order, it looked like the staff were having a meeting in the parking lot, which might explain the mix-up. I'm requesting either a refund or a replacement pizza that includes all three toppings. I can provide pictures showing the missing bacon and bell peppers.
If I can give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The staff were really ignorant towards customers. The pizza wasn’t MADE THE TIME WE ORDERED IT! it’s all dry too greasy!

I ordered a pizza with pineapple, jalapeno, and ham, but I only received pineapple and ham. The jalapeno was missing.
At Pizza Hut, they often get my orders wrong and deliver the wrong pizzas from the menu.
