This shop is in a ghetto neighborhood that is not safe. There are not enough parking spaces for their customers. This pizza shop does not have a public restroom for their customers it is only available to their employees. Also, it is a pickup only restaurant, not a sit-in and dine. However, i expected the staff to have a few chairs and tables for their customers to sit while waiting for their food, but there's none. You have to stand up the entire time while you are there or wait in your car if your order is not ready.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no wheelchair accessibility
Terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional. They simply don’t care. , but made the mistake of ordering. . Do yourself a favor, order anywhere else. The guy who is in charge to the store was arguing with me (customer) saying that was my mistake and I have to pay again in order to have what I was order on line. very rude, very disrespectful person who doesn't know who to deal with people. We paying the food is not for free, special this location who is closed to me, BUT I never order again. . “Owner”: please, no need to respond with your scripted rebuttal. Spare me and yourself the copy/paste. Do a better job instead.
The Kids that are left to run the place unsupervised make me never want to go back. Zero organization. Sitting in the back chit chatting while there's 3 people waiting for their orders that are clearly sitting in the to go ovens ready to go. It's more important to take care of their friends' order first that's still in the kitchen being prepared. And their use of foul language is ridiculous. Either get some proper management supervision or lose customers.

Ordered wings and fries and when I got the order the fries were only 20 sticks of fries and they charge $5 for one order. I called the store. Someone answered and told me they were going to put me on hold for two seconds and I waited 15 min. Called multiple times and finally someone answered and they had 0 customer service.Take your money elsewhere. Don't take my word for it, Please check other reviews.
Ordered food at 9:44pm and it said it would be delivered around 10:55pm. Given that it was a Saturday night, I decided to give you guys a grace period. It’s 11:46pm and decided to call the store and they’re now closed. Utterly ridiculous, at least call and cancel. Why even confirm the order if you’re never going to bother showing up. Just unprofessional.
