Pizza Hut - Réserver une table

I ordered a pizza and she was delivered to the wrong house and my neighbor brought it to me. I saw the seal was broken on the pizza box, so I called the load back and told them that I needed another pizza because it was delivered to the wrong house and the seal was broken. I wasn't told I could get a charge loan. so at this point I am confused as I do not return refund or just another pizza delivered to my address that was entered correctly. So a loan isn't the same when I reorder the same?

Deliver my food on time.... Delivery driver drove past my house 2x with me flashing my porch light the whole time. I placed my order earlier in the afternoon to be delivered at 6pm. It arrived 30 minutes late.

The food quality was poor and inedible for the most part. The order was thrown away and not eaten.

My pizza looked and tasted like it was cooked, sat and reheated. The breadstocks were burnt.
