awful service. 2.5 hours ago we placed an order. Delivery estimate was 35 minutes. After an hour, we called and they said they’d send a new one. 2.5 hours later still no order. I call and explain the situation no apology- but rather am told they are busy (which is understandable) but after 2.5 hours I just want a refund since myOrder is still not on the way. I’m told I can’t have a refund because they’re short staffed (unsure how that’s relevant to a refund). I said it was unacceptable to keep people’s money and not deliver an order. I very nicely asked to speak to a manager. Then was hung up on. So now I have no order and no refund.
I think it's better than the other one on RT 9, because it's a lot less oily. The pies may be a bit smaller but looks like a pepperoni pizza. The pizza hut on RT 9 it's like by the time you get home with it? Your car seats are all saturated with the oil? I'm not kidding either. This one, I was shocked to not have oil dripping all over my car.One thing for sure? It's a lot smaller, and cleaner to. I think I'll be getting my pizza from this place instead of the other place. I hope this helps you decide.
Great Customer Service , all employees were very respectful and helpful with the complications of my order. David who was at the register was 10/10 service along with Katrina who did a great job preparing the hot and ready pizza, Store was very clean and all of the employees did there part by wearing there masks following the COVID protocol. This is one of the best pizza huts I’ve been to in my 18 years of living.

The worst experience of my life in Pizza Hut . This very disrespectful behavior and shameful behavior is ridiculous for people that is taking care of peoples food. This people working in this place don’t know what to do and how to do it right. Very sad them way of taking care of them job and costumers
Amazing service as always! I love my pineapple pizza! I think her name is Katrina; I apologize if I'm not getting it right. She's always incredibly friendly. I order online, and my food is delivered right inside—fast and convenient!
I wouldn't recommend ordering "The Big New Yorker Create Your Own" from this place. It was dry, lacked sauce, and the cheese was incredibly sparse. It felt like a total waste of money.
My soda was fine, but both pizzas were incorrect. One appeared to have been sitting out for an hour, while the other was only half-cooked. I'm truly disappointed by the poor quality.

The garlic parmesan sauce here is disappointing; it resembles watery mayonnaise. The wings are soggy and definitely not worth the $26 price tag.
14" Supreme Pizza was good overall. Just wish the crust had more seasoning or flavor.
