Ricco's Pizza - Réserver une table

I placed my order while at the movies, the movie ended early so I arrived to Pizza Hut at 515 pm approx. As I approached the window the first thing I noticed was the 2 staff members I did see seem stressed. One gentleman was on the phone, the young lady with blonde hair at the window was trying to answer other calls and handle the window. I?ve worked in customer service so I understand things happen so I was patient. I explained to her what happened she could not find my order and insisted it was under the name ?James?. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would. I ordered a pizza at 7:50 PM, expecting it to arrive in about an hour. After waiting and becoming concerned, we called to check on our order. To our surprise, we were told that the order had been canceled by the staff, as they "magically" decided to close up early at 8 PM for some unknown reason. As a result, the money we intended to spend on our pizza is now stuck in limbo, and we're expecting a refund to take 3 to 5 business days.

customer service is on point. delivery is quick and pizza is hot and delicious. employees always are friendly and have a smile on their face

What's not to love about Pizza Hut? Everyone is friendly and the food is great. Get the supreme pizza with white sauce. You'll love it!
